The Toy Caldwell Band

When I heard Toy Caldwell was coming to Levittown for a duane allman tribute I couldnt wait to get tickets. I had met toy a few times before at MTB shows in the Philadelphia area.
Toy always made time for his fans when Toy met you he made you feel like you were a friend. A few times he had spent hours with us just talking and getting to know us if there was one thing I had to say about toy it would be really great guy.
October 27, 1991, Toy played at a little auditorium in Levittown, Pa. to remember Duane Allman. On stage that day was Dereck Trucks, Dan Toler just to name a few. During the show the promoter saw me taking pictures an asked if I would trade some pictures for a back stage pass. Well, of course I said yeah.
I even got to help out on stage that was a blast then my friends asked to get them back stage to meet Toy. I got them back there and there was toy just as nice as ever we talked a little he had rememberd us from the other shows that really struck me. I wasn't sure if he would remember us but he did. Maybe that's why I thought it was one of the best shows I've seen. Thanks.
